Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, particularly with Flutter, and experience in integrating ERP systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with Delight ERP, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Responsibilities
- App Development: Develop, test, and maintain high-performance Flutter mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms that integrate with Delight ERP.
- Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile apps with Delight ERP, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- UI/UX Design: Work closely with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality development standards.
- Debugging: Identify and fix bugs, and optimize app performance to enhance user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to Flutter and ERP systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and user guides.
- Collaboration: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Play Store.
- Languages: Proficiency in Dart and experience with Flutter framework.
- Mobile Development: Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns, such as MVC, MVP, or MVVM.
- APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for integrating backend services with mobile applications.
- State Management: Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- ERP Integration: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Delight ERP, including data synchronization and mobile functionalities.
- Tools: Proficiency in version control tools like Git and build tools such as Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
